Asics Gel-Netburner 18 (D Width) Women's Netball Shoes The ASICS GEL-NETBURNER 18 Women's Netball Shoe is designed to cope with the demands of the netball court efficiently and effectively. Featuring sport-specific support and multiple technologies that boost stability and comfort, these shoes help you stand up to the pressures of hard court play. The 18th edition of the popular GEL-NETBURNER series continues to deliver the stability and excellent cushioning that netball players need. Breathable Upper Featuring a new upper design, the Gel-Netburner 18 uses a combination synthetic leather upper which provides stability and durability, as well as the support required to make agile sideways movements. Air holes in the upper provide breathability: fresh air is allowed to permeate into the shoe to keep your feet cool, dry and comfortable for the full sixty minutes. Additional lateral support is provided by the Asics logo which is incorporated into the lacing system to ensure midfoot security and support. On the interior a removable sockliner provides a more personalised and secure fit which adds underfoot cushioning and moisture wicking properties for a cooler, dryer internal environment. At the rear of the upper, Asics use PHF (Personal Heel Fit) which comprises two layers of memory foam that mould to the shape of your heel and cup the achilles to support it throughout the gait cycle. GEL Cushioned Midsole Asics have incorporated gender specific rearfoot and forefoot GEL cushioning units into the midsole of this shoe. GEL provides exceptional shock absorption and underfoot cushioning, which in turn minimises the impact upon the wearer's joints and provides a more comfortable ride.
